What if the member count drops?
The honest answer: Telegram accounts can go inactive or be removed over time, so no member service can promise a count that never changes. No Drop services aim to reduce that risk, and Refill services let you top the count back up within the refill period. Refill applies only to services marked with refill and is requested in the panel, not through the API.
If an order stops before it is complete, it shows as Partial and the cost of the undelivered members is refunded to your panel balance automatically, so you only pay for what was delivered.
Safe use and realistic expectations
